Vision and Intentions

Let's face it, technology isn't going anywhere and is expanding at the most rapid pace we have ever seen. Where communication was once necessary only during business hours in the office, colleagues and clients are now connected 24/7 and business does not stop at EOB nor does it only occur at the work place.

With this increased demand in work time and quantity, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software  tools have been widely adopted by small businesses across many industries to manage their Accounting, Human Resources and Project Planning departments efficiently while uniformly collecting data for accurate reporting.

There are also integrations for these software suites in the form of third-party software that offer specific functions (expense tracking, time keeping, etc) that are more "user-friendly" than the base ERP or CRM module that is offered. Often times, third-party integrated software comes with products that are not needed nor wanted by the customer.

 

In addition to these advances, we now also have automation, machine learning and generative AI platforms that throw in another wrinkle when it comes to business system selection.

 

From the eyes of a business owner who is heavily involved in daily activities and an integral part of the workflow, navigating through all of these products is time consuming and that time is most likely better spent on generating revenue.
